This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the privacy policy to all sites of Ride On Motorcycle Training and its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively and individually “ROMT”). By using any ROMT site, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in ROMT’s Privacy Policy Statement in effect at the time you use the site. In this Privacy Policy Statement, “Personal Information” means any information by which you can be personally identified, and includes your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address and the like. Most ROMT sites do not require that you submit Personal Information to ROMT. However, some sites may request Personal Information in order to help MSTC serve you effectively. ROMT collects Personal Information only when you voluntarily submit such Personal Information to us.

For each visitor to an ROMT site, our web servers automatically recognize information regarding the visitor’s domain name (or that of the visitor’s access provider) and e-mail address. Regardless of the purpose for which it is submitted, it is ROMT’s policy to maintain all Personal Information as confidential and to use such Personal Information only for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered (for example, to receive notice from us, etc.).

It is ROMT‘s policy to keep Personal Information only for so long as needed for such purposes. ROMT’s does not sell, rent or otherwise distribute to third parties Personal Information about visitors to ROMT sites, except as needed for ROMT to provide the services for which such information was volunteered. If the ROMT sites contain links, the linked sites are controlled by and maintained by independent third parties. ROMT does not control use of information provided to third parties and all such information will be governed by the third party’s privacy policy.
